Orders placed before 12pm ET on a business day are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times
United States: 3–8 business days after dispatch.
Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and Europe: 5–12 business days after dispatch.
Every order is tracked from dispatch to your door.
Shipping cost
Free standard shipping on US orders over $50, which includes every 2-Pack and 4-Pack. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate shown at checkout. Duties and taxes for international orders are shown at checkout before you pay.
Need it by a date?
If you are ordering for a wedding or event, email contact@lissely.com with your date before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it will arrive in time.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking stops updating for more than 5 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email us with your order number. We will resend your order or refund it in full.
